Contact the desk
One address, read by the people who write the notes. There is no form on this page, because a form would mean collecting more about you than an email already tells us.
Where to write
Please put the page slug in the subject line. A message that says which note and which sentence you are talking about gets a useful answer far faster than one that does not.
What the desk responds to
- CorrectionsA claim that is wrong, out of date, or hedged incorrectly. Say which sentence and what the correct position is. Corrections are prioritised over everything else and are handled under the process on the editorial policy page.
- Mechanism questionsQuestions about how something described here actually works on chain. If the answer is not in a published note and is generally useful, it usually becomes one.
- Missing coverageSuggestions for subjects inside the site's scope: bonding-curve pricing, launch stages, volume data and the tooling around them.
- Rights and attributionQuestions about quoting or republishing material from this site.
What the desk cannot help with
Requests that will not get a substantive reply
- Requests for an opinion on a specific token, or for a price view of any kind.
- Requests to promote, review or feature a launch. There is no paid placement in explanatory notes.
- Requests for help recovering funds, reversing a transaction or identifying a wallet owner. We have no such capability and no privileged access.
- Anything involving a private key, seed phrase or wallet connection. Never send those to anyone, including us.
- Requests for the desk to run, configure or operate tooling on your behalf.
Security and safety
We will never ask for a key
No message from this desk will ever ask for a private key, a seed phrase, a signature, or a wallet connection, and no page on this site requires one. If you receive something claiming otherwise while using this brand's name, it is not us. Treat it as an attempt to take your funds.
The site sets no cookies of its own and runs no contact form, so writing to the address above is a normal email exchange with all the ordinary properties of email. Details of what third parties see when you load a page are on the privacy page.
Response expectations
This is a small desk. Corrections are handled first, coverage suggestions are read and filed, and general questions are answered when they can be answered usefully. A message that receives no reply has not been ignored on principle; it has usually fallen into one of the categories above that has no substantive answer available.
